RiskMaster guides a structured enterprise risk and business continuity management programme consistent with ISO standards of ISO 22301 and ISO 22317.
Risks are identified and assessed through structured risk workshops. Each stage is supported by built-in guidance which can be tailored by an experienced risk manager or used directly by someone managing a risk assessment and /or business continuity programme for the first time.
Systematic risk assessment process
RiskMaster offers a built-in enterprise hazard register, adjustable and extendable at any time, and which provides a consistent library of defined hazards so that relevant comparisons can be drawn when assessed risks are compared across an organisation. A risk is a hazard which has been assessed for its impact to the organisation and its likelihood of occurring. RiskMaster guides each user through a structured process of risk assessment, culminating in placing each risk in a relative position on a risk matrix and mapping the inter-relationships between risks in a risk chain by recording each risk with its causes and effects.

Risks, if they occur, can impact continuity of business. RiskMaster guides the user through the stages of business impact analysis, relating business impacts to risks and providing a structured process for:
- assessing the impact to the business if the critical function is lost,
- conducting a vulnerability assessment of how vulnerable is the critical business process to a risk
- establishing a time-based resource profile for what resources would be required to cope with a disruption
Real-time Business Continuity Priorities
RiskMaster provides a real-time analysis function where, based on any combination of risks which have occurred, the affected critical business functions are presented in priority order, along with the prioritised resource profiles.
